Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Email contact@fresmol.shop with your order number. We will send return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Unless the item is faulty or wrong, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Each unit has a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, drops, liquid damage or normal wear.

Items damaged through misuse and items returned without contacting us first.
